This calculation does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 66 \u00a7 1 K. C. A is only information about the price and, as such, constitutes an invitation to enter into negotiations within the meaning of Article 71 K. C. 4<\/p>

The order fulfillment period begins when all materials necessary for the start of production are delivered and the production files are finally accepted by the print shop employee.<\/span><\/p>

After placing the order, its execution will be confirmed with an indication of the final price and the deadline for execution.<\/span><\/p>

The quality standards and processes available on the site are an integral part of the PSA www.beyga.pl<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The customer declares that it recognizes that the order execution by the receiving party may differ from the number of sheets\/copies ordered in the amount of + \/ - 3 %\u00a0<\/span>In this case, the order recipient's remuneration will be reduced accordingly to the actual number of copies printed.<\/span><\/p>

In case of defects in the order, the customer will notify you in writing or by e-mail. Accepting the order within 5 days from the delivery date, specifying at the same time\u00a0<\/span>the type of defect, and the order taker must respond to this request within 10 days of receiving a refund for the entire advertised print run.<\/span><\/p>

Kazimierz Beyga Printing House is not responsible for further processing \/ use of defective products.<\/p>

In order for the receiving order to process the complaint submitted, the advertised order item must be delivered to the receiving order's office. If it is not available, no complaints will be received.\u00a0<\/span>they will be reviewed.<\/span><\/p>

The manufactured products will be ready to be received from the warehouse of the Beig printing house\u201d Kazimierz Beiga " Glinno 126. 64-300 novy Tomysl or as indicated in the price offer.<\/span><\/p>

Prices shown in the offer net prices<\/b> and you should add to them VAT RATE<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Beyga Printing Company "Kazimierz Beyga" is not responsible for the files provided by customers. The Client is legally responsible for the content of uploaded files submitted for printing.\u00a0<\/p>

The information contained in the above-mentioned offer is an enterprise secret within the meaning of article 11 of the Law of April 16, 1993 on Combating Unfair Competition.
